Information we collect

The personal information you directly provide is what you choose to submit through the contact form or the assessment tool: your name, email address, and optionally your organization, phone number, preferred timeline, and the details of your inquiry. Separately, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — see Third-party services below for what that collects and how to opt out.

How it's used

Contact form and assessment submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. Submissions are delivered by email via Resend, a transactional email service, to hello@mckinneymedia.co. Your information is not sold, rented, or used for marketing outreach beyond following up on the inquiry you submitted.

Third-party services

This site embeds or calls a small number of third-party services:

• Resend — delivers contact form submissions by email.
• Google Places API — used server-side to display McKinney Media's Google review rating and quotes. This call doesn't transmit any information about you as a visitor.
• YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) — embeds a small number of videos on the Speaking page using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set tracking cookies unless you press play.
• Google Analytics — collects anonymized data about how visitors use this site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — to help understand traffic. It sets cookies to do this. You can opt out sitewide using Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs any data it processes independently of this site.

Data retention and security

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information in transit (this site is served over HTTPS), but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

To request that information you've submitted be deleted or corrected, email hello@mckinneymedia.co.
