By using this website, you agree to these terms. This site is informational — it introduces Carter McKinney's work and provides a way to get in touch. It does not itself sell goods, process payments, or execute contracts.

Content and intellectual property

All photography, video, writing, and design on this site are the property of Carter McKinney and McKinney Media unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Services and inquiries

Submitting the contact form or assessment tool is an inquiry, not a booking or contract. Any actual engagement — a wedding, speaking event, marketing project, or other service — is governed by its own separate agreement, provided directly by Carter McKinney or McKinney Media at the time of booking.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. While reasonable care is taken to keep information accurate and the site available, no guarantee is made that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously accessible.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Carter McKinney and McKinney Media are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
